This place suits me perfectly. I love the 24-hour reception, the cozy bar/lounge area, and the excellent dining options. On my first stay, the staff helped me with the best local taxi tip. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Hotel's breakfast was savoury with smoothies and fresh pressed orange juice and could satisfy any taste.

Wonderful old and fairly clean place, delightful view over the park. Caring and genuinely helpful staff team in a very simple manner. Savoury full English breakfast with a good food variety. Exceptionally nice and perfect location near to a beautiful park, around a 5 minute walk from local tram stops, and private parking.

They took accommondation payment twice from my credit card. One is still on hold at my account... It is also far from the city centre and service in bar is awful..

Arena offers a charming setting with a picturesque park location within walking distance to the city center. The staff provided excellent service, assisting with my work needs promptly and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The breakfast was good, with a variety of fresh options including pastries, fruits, and organic juices.
The room had issues with temperature control, as the air conditioning was inadequate.

We stayed for a week and got an upgraded room which was nice. The staffs were very polite and helpful. Location is excellent, my 2 years old son liked it very much, very close to oosterpark (near by) and artis zoo. Not far in wetteringschan, we have an extremely generous and cheap (so many customers, check their website!) Indonesian/Suriname restaurant, warung Sreneng Makmur. With Holland Pass practically we explored Amsterdam and excursions to Volendam/Marken/Delft/Den Hague/Madurodam all started at Damrak which could easily be reached using Tram 9 from the hotel. Other central of attractions, Leidseplein is reachable by Tram 7 and 10. Albert Heijn minimarket is very complete and just in front of the tram stop, 5 minutes walking. Overall: excellent experience
A small thing, the bathroom will always be wetty as the water splash from the shower is not 'well-contained' by the floor construction

The staff was very nice and helpful. The disco of the Hotel is very good and allows free entrance to hotel guests. The surroundings are quiet, but with easy access to public transports. The rooms have a nice, modern design.
The only thing that we think could be improved is the sound isolation of the rooms, because inside the room we could hear noise coming from the disco, until 3am.

Family with kids, A few flaws but charming
The staff at the bar were friendly and really knew their cocktails, I mean, they got the right mix that felt special after a long day. Plus, the large bright shower gave that refreshing feeling, like stepping into a new life after a grueling day.
It wasn't inexpensive, but it was still acceptable.
